Since inception the goal of the Lodi Craft Beer Festival has been to showcase the incredible craft beer that is produced in the California Central Valley. Now, we have been honored by the presence of craft beers throughout Northern California. And yes...Beer is Better at the Lake! The festival is proudly hosted by Lodi Tokay Rotary at beautiful Lodi Lake, providing a cool setting for the Valley's warm summer days and ample space for our guests and breweries. Our hope is to create a fun outdoor atmosphere for sampling craft brews while enjoying live music, delicious food and fun games. This event has become a celebrated kick-off to summer in Lodi, and undoubtedly the most important fundraising event for Lodi Tokay Rotary. We are proud of the work we do for the local community and beyond. This festival's proceeds are used entirely for community projects big and small.Past proceeds from the Lodi Craft Beer Festival have helped with the preservation and enhancement of Lodi Lake, e.g. planting trees and installing a shade structure, barbecues, picnic tables and benches. Lodi Tokay Rotary has also helped construct locker rooms at the Lodi Grape Bowl stadium; assembled and delivered hundreds of bikes for the Lodi Adopt-A-Child program; provide over 100 books to the Lawrence Elementary School Library; planted several trees at Lodi's DeBenedetti Park; served at a medical clinic in Mexico with Flying Samaritans; assisted with building a security fence at a medical center in Mexico; and painted a school in Mexico. We have also contributed proceeds to local charities for their projects such as Lodi Police Dept. G.R.E.A.T program; Salvation Army, Lodi House, LOEL Center, Lodi Fire Dept., Lodi High School Science Team, GOT Kids, The Village, Lodi Memorial Hospital, and many more.If you are interested in helping the ongoing efforts of Lodi Tokay Rotary by purchasing a ticket to the Lodi Craft Beer Festival, go to LodiCraftBeerFestival.com. General Admission tickets include entrance at 3pm, a commemorative beer tasting mug with unlimited tasting, live music and games. Street parking available.VIP tickets are $75 and are limited in quantity sold. They provide early entrance at 2pm, allowing more time to spend with brewers, along with all the benefits of General Admission.And we've invited some of Lodi's finest food vendors to be on hand for your favorite savory foods that are sure to enhance your craft beer tasting experience.
